How to get API credentials for integrations?

To obtain API credentials for integrations, the following steps must be followed:

In the left side menu, go to Settings | General | Companies;
Select the company you want to obtain credentials for;
Select the company Settings tab.
- If the company does not have the Settings tab, edit the company data to add this tab and save the changes;
In the company Settings tab, open the Custom Settings expander;
Click on the Generate API Credentials button;
- The new credentials will be sent by email. It is important to save this email for future reference in integrations.
- Also check the Spam or Other folders in case you can't find the message in your inbox.
- Look for an email with the title API CREDENTIALS sent from notifications@valuekeep.com.

When generating new API credentials, the previous ones will no longer work. Make sure you want to generate new credentials before continuing.

The Generate API Credentials button is only available for Universe solutions and the Subscriber of the subscription.
