How to view the work manager's dashboard?

The work manager dashboard allows you to monitor metrics and operations associated with the workshops where you are the manager.

The dashboard is divided into:

  • Management dashboard;
  • Operational dashboard.

Management dashboard

The management dashboard features various tabs with charts and metrics related to operational and maintenance activities.

In this section, you can view:

  • Requests: displays the number of requests created by the user or associated with the workshops they manage, compared to the same period in the previous year. The information can be grouped by year, status, and type;
  • Preventive: displays the number of preventive maintenance tasks created by the user or associated with the workshops where the user is a manager, compared to the same period in the previous year. The data can be grouped by year and execution. This chart includes a gauge showing the total number of preventive maintenance tasks;
  • Work orders: displays the number of work orders created by the user or associated with the workshops where the user is a manager, compared to the same period in the previous year. The information can be grouped by year, status, and type;
  • SLA (Service Level Agreement): shows the SLA compliance rate compared to the same period in the previous year. The data can be grouped by year and type;
  • Average response time: displays the average times for approval, opening and execution. The information is presented in hours and can be grouped by year and type;
  • Costs: displays the recorded costs. The information can be grouped by cost, type, and year.

The management dashboard also provides the following insights:

  • Work orders that have been open for more than 30 days: includes work orders from the workshops where the user is the manager that have been in a status other than the final status and have not been canceled for more than 30 days;
  • Equipment that has been unavailable for more than 7 days;
  • Tools that have been unavailable for more than 7 days;
  • Locations that have been unavailable for more than 7 days.

By clicking on each insight, a detailed list of the corresponding records is displayed.


Operational dashboard

The operational dashboard displays operational lists related to the activities of the workshops where the user is a manager.

In this section, you can view:

  • Requests to be analyzed;
  • Pending preventative maintenance requests;
  • Pending work orders;

The records are divided into the following categories:

  • Older: records existing until the beginning of the current week;
  • This Week: records scheduled for the current week;
  • Next Week: records scheduled for next week;
  • Future: records scheduled for periods after next week.

The View All option allows you to view the complete list of records.
