How to configure new roles?

In a maintenance management system (CMMS), where multiple users interact with different features and access levels, role configuration is an essential tool for optimizing efficiency and user experience.

In Valuekeep, a user with the Administrator role can configure new roles based on existing ones.

To configure new roles, the following steps should be followed:

1. Access the menu and select Settings | System | Roles;
2. Select a role;
3. Click Copy to new;
4. Fill in the required fields;
5. To configure the created role, you need to edit it and click on Customize Menu.
6. Click Save.

The icons shown in the configuration have the following meanings:

Icon	Meaning
	Permissions for accessing the list.
	Operations within the entity.

Only the Root profile can be copied. The other profiles cannot be duplicated.
