The request manager dashboard allows you to track requests created by the user and requests associated with the assets included in their access levels.

The dashboard is divided into:

  • Management dashboard;
  • Operational dashboard.

Management dashboard

The management dashboard displays charts and metrics related to requests and SLA compliance.

In this section, you can view:

  • Requests: displays the number of requests created by the user and the requests associated with the assets included in their access level, grouped by status;
  • SLA: shows the percentage of SLA compliance for requests created by the user and for requests associated with assets included in their access levels. The SLA metric is cumulative and is calculated using the following formula: no. of requests that met the SLA / total no. of requests. For this metric:
    • Only requests that are not in the canceled status are considered;
    • A request meets the SLA when the end date is on or before the expected date;
    • If the end date is not specified, the request meets the SLA if the expected date has not yet passed.
The management dashboard also displays the following insight:
  • Requests that have been open for more than 7 days: includes requests that have been in a status prior to the final status for more than 7 days.

When you click on this insight, a detailed list of the corresponding records is displayed.

Operational dashboard

The operational dashboard displays the top five requests that are neither in the final status nor canceled.

The requests are divided into the following categories:

  • Older: requests existing until the beginning of this week;
  • This Week: requests scheduled for this week;

The View All option lets you view the complete list of requests.
