Valuekeep provides several reports that allow you to view the costs associated with work orders, including labor, materials, miscellaneous costs, and total costs:
View labor costs
The labor list allows you to view all labor records associated with work orders.
To view the labor list, go to Work | Explore Costs | Labor.
The list has the following criteria:
- It is only available to administrator and work manager roles;
- By default, it displays the labor records for the current quarter;
- The list is sorted in descending order by the expected date of the workorder;
- From the list, you can view the details of the associated work order;
- It allows you to search and apply filters.
Note: labor records can be entered via work orders.
View consumption
The consumption list allows you to view the consumption records associated with work orders.
To view the consumption list, go to Work | Explore Costs | Consumption.
The list has the following criteria:
- It is only available to administrator and work manager roles;
- By default, it displays the consumption records for the current quarter;
- The list is sorted in descending order by the expected date of the work order;
- From the list, you can view the details of the associated work order;
- Allows you to search and apply filters. By default, the Consumption Record, Work Order, Description filter is selected, but you can change it.
Note: consumption records can be entered via work orders.
View miscellaneous costs
You can view the list of all miscellaneous costs associated with work orders.
To view the list of miscellaneous costs, go to Work | Explore Costs | Miscellaneous Costs.
The list has the following criteria:
- It is only available to administrator and work manager roles;
- By default, it displays the miscellaneous costs for the current quarter;
- The list is sorted in descending order by the expected date of the work order;
- From the list, you can view the details of the associated work order;
- It allows you to search and apply filters. By default, the Work Order, Description filter is selected, but you can change it.
Note: miscellaneous cost records can be entered via work orders.
View total costs
The total cost list allows you to view all total cost entries associated with a work order.
To view the list of total costs, go to Work | Explore Costs | Total Costs.
The list has the following criteria:
- It is only available to administrator and work manager roles;
- By default, it displays the total costs for the current quarter;
- The list is sorted in descending order by the expected date of the work order;
- From the list, you can view the details of the associated work order;
- It allows you to search and apply filters. By default, the Work Order filter is selected, but you can change it.
Note: total cost entries can be made through work orders.
