Valuekeep provides several lists that allow you to view information related to preventive maintenance, including estimated parts and labor costs.
View parts
The list of parts for preventive maintenance provides an overview of the parts associated with the tasks in the preventive maintenance plans and the quantities required for each.
To access the parts list, go to Work | Explore Work | Expected Prev. Maint. Parts.
The list has the following criteria:
- It allows filtering by preventive maintenance, workshop, or time interval of the expected date;
- It displays the Expected Date, Event, and Quantity Consumed in red when the quantity consumed exceeds the planned quantity;
- The list is sorted in ascending order by expected date;
View labor
The preventive maintenance labor list provides an overview of the employees (and their respective specialties) assigned to tasks in the maintenance plans for preventive maintenance, as well as the planned and reported times.
To access the labor list, go to Work | Explore Work | Expected Prev. Maint. Labor.
The list has the following criteria:
- It allows filtering by preventive maintenance, workshop, or time interval of the expected date;
- Displays the Expected Date and Reported Timein red when the reported time is greater than the planned time;
- The list is sorted in ascending order by expected date.
