It is possible to check the work orders that have been created.

Access the list of WOs

The administrator can view all work orders in the list available under Work | Work Orders.

This list is only available to the administrator and provides access to the details screen for each work order.

In this list, you can apply the following filters:

  • Date: date of the work order;
  • Expected Date: expected date of the work order;
  • States: statuses of work orders;
  • WO Types: work order types;
  • Assets: equipment, tools, locations, and work order routes;
  • Workshops: workshop associated with the work order;
  • Priority Levels: work order priority levels.

Note: in addition to the filters visible in the list, you can apply additional filters using the search field, where you can filter by all columns in the table, or by clicking the More filters button.

Work orders are displayed on the list in descending order by date.

Access the list of WOs from a record

The list of work orders can be accessed from a work order by clicking on the magnifying glass located in the WO title.

In this case, the list displayed is filtered according to the user's profile:

  • Administrator: has access to all work orders;
  • Work Manager: only has access to work orders from the workshops where they are the manager;
  • Technician: only has access to work orders assigned to them.
