Through work orders, you can record maintenance work to be performed on route assets.
There are two types of routes:
- Static: the administrator selects the associated assets, with or without a filter by function/family/brand/model;
- Dynamic: the administrator does not select assets but defines the function/family/brand/model and may also include the elements of sub-entities (roles/families).
To create a work order for a route, follow these steps:
- Go to Work | Work Orders;
- Click Create;
- Fill in the Description and WO Type;
- In the Asset section, in the Type field, select the Route option;
- In the Route field, add the desired Route. If it does not exist, you can create it;
- Fill in the remaining fields;
- Click:
- Save and New, to save and access a new registration form;
- Save, to save the entered data;
- The assets in the selected route are linked to the work order;
- Assets in the route that are inactive are not linked;
- Route elements that are in downtime are linked to the work order.
If the work order is generated from a request:
- The assets in the route are linked to the request;
- Assets added to the route after the work order is created are not linked to the work order.
