Customer and user satisfaction depends significantly on their ability, autonomy, and depth of use. In fact, access to support information that is complete, useful, and of good quality is a key factor in that satisfaction.
In a new technological era, where help and its related searches must find quick, concrete answers, a new help space emerges that brings together, in a single place, the documentation for all Cegid products.
This new tool stands out for its connected architecture, agile navigation, and smart search.
Home page
It all starts with a cross-platform home page that is common to the entire Cegid portfolio. This is where you explore the Cegid product you use, find the latest updates, and access, through a simple selector at the top, the list of all available Help Centers.
This page displays all the updates, FAQs, and glossaries available across all Help Centers, an always-visible search, and products organized by segment (for example, ERP, Human Resources, etc.).
The same visual and navigation logic is replicated in each Help Center: for example, choosing Primavera from the selector takes you into a space with the same structure, but already filtered for that product only.
The page language depends on the user's location. For example, a user in Spain will by default open this page and the Help Centers in Spanish.
Search
Smart search

When you type a question into the search box, you can ask Pulse to answer first: it interprets the topic, provides a direct answer based on the available information, and also immediately shows the list of existing content related to the topic.
The results list is organized into Articles and Categories.
Advanced search

When the quick answer isn't enough, or when you need to look up information in the context of another product, you can use advanced search.
This is a dedicated page, with filters by workspace, language, tags, date, and category, that lets you combine criteria to get exactly the set of articles across all products and markets.
Structure

Support articles
The content structure remains unchanged: information is still organized by modules and business processes, allowing you to navigate from a product to its functional area, from that area to the category, and, within the category, to the specific activity you are looking for.
Each search result displays this complete path, including the product, language, and category to which it belongs, so you always know where you are, even when you access an article directly through a search.
All articles have associated tags. If you click on a tag, all articles with that tag are displayed.
FAQs
The FAQs are now centralized in a dedicated section in the upper-right corner, accessible from any page on the platform.
Glossary
Accessible from the footer, you can look up definitions of the most commonly used terms in all support articles (see glossary).
News
News articles are now visible in the content tree for each product, with the goal of increasing the visibility of news related to each product.
Latest changes
For users who regularly work with a particular area, it's possible to mark articles and categories as favorites. This way, you'll receive a notification whenever an article in that category is updated..png)
The Help Center doesn't end when you finish reading an article. At the end of each piece of content, you can answer a short survey that helps us keep improving and ensure the content stays up to date.
