To view the notification logs, select Definitions | System | Notifications.
- The notification list is presented;
- Select the notification you wish to view;
- The notification screen is presented; On the Rules tab, you can view the table with the notification logs.
On the notification logs table, you can view the notification date, the type of notification sent, email or push notification, the notification recipient and the results: ok, if it is successful, or the sending error message.
The notification logs table has the following criteria:
- It is only available for the administrator role.
- At the most, it saves the last 20 logs.
- The table is ordered in decreasing order of the notification date.
