Mobile - How to consult downtime associated with a work order? (Technician)

When a work order is in a stopped operating state, the system automatically records a down time for the asset or location associated to the work order.
To change WO downtime reports, access the work orders list (Menu | Report Work)
  1. On the work orders list, select the work order you wish to see the downtime reports;
  2. On the work order options (3 dots icon) click on Report Downtime;
  3. A list with the downtime reports for assets associated to the selected work order;
To edit the reports, select the desired field and select the desired date. After the desired changes, in order to save select the checkmark in the upper right corner.
On the downtime report, you must consider:
  1. The downtime report is performed for the asset associated to the work order and their child assets;
  2. When the work order is for a route, the downtime affects all the elements of the route.
