On Valuekeep, the clients can create new tables, and put them on the menu.

Create Tables

To create user tables, you must select the menu entry “Definitions | System”.
  1. The user tables list is presented
  2. Press the option "Create"
  3. Fill in the following fields presented on the window:
    1. Table name
    2. Record title
    3. Key
    4. Attribute description, this will be used to map to other entities
  4. Press the option Save
After creating the entity, a selection window will be presented for the user to select the menu he wishes to add that entity to. To add new fields to the entity later created on the menu, you must access it and add the desired fields.
The user fields created can be used in the user fields, when selecting the field type "Entity Search" and on the field "Entity" search and select the entity previously created.
The extensibility is only available on the Universe line

Remove Tables

It is only possible to remove user tables when there were not used yet. When they are removed, they are no longer available to edit on the list.
When they are already being used in an entity, it is not possible to remove them, an on the lower left field, you have the option "active field" that is active by default, if you want, you can deactivate it, and that option is no longer presented for selection on the entity view.
