By default, the requests workflow has the following states:
| State | Notes |
| New | Initial state, SLA start.Allows to create WOs in the states New or In Progress. |
| In Progress | Changes the state of the associated WO to In Progress. |
| Completed | End of SLA. |
| Closed | Final state, end of SLA. Change the WO state to Closed. |
| Canceled | Final state, end of SLA. Changes the state of the associated WO to Canceled. |
