With the entry of Law no. 13/2016 into force, the Value Added Tax Code (CIVA) was changed in Mozambique.
This way, the invoices or equivalent documents must contain, among other requirements, the Bank Identification Number (BIN) for which the State payment will be performed.
To comply with this requirement, follow these steps:
- Access [...] | General | Resources | Tables | Business Transactions | Messages in Reports;
- Define the message Code, Description and Content;
- Insert the BIN;
- Click Save.
After writing the text, you can specify the message expiry date. Additionally, you can specify the documents and the corresponding series where you wish to print the message. If you wish to print in all documents and in all series, you must not fill in the field Filter.
