When communicating fiscal document to the Mozambique Tax Authority using the Webservice, the installation of the Business Application Foundation modules must be ensured.
After installing these modules, you must perform a set of configurations regarding the communication of fiscal documents, VAT rates and the fiscal system series.
To configurate the fiscal documents communication, follow these steps:
Configure communication
- Access Administrator | Business Application Foundation | Fiscal System Parameters;
- Fill in all fields with the data provided by the AT;
- Click Initialize.
Configure VAT rates from the fiscal systems
- Access Tax Obligations | Tables | VAT Rates;
- Select the desiredVAT Rate;
- On the tab Fiscal System VAT Rates, perform the Fiscal System VAT Rates Update request;
- After getting the VAT rates list, select the one you wish to associate to the previously selected rate;
- Click Save.
Configure fiscal system series
- Access Sales | Tables | Sales Documents
- Select the desired document;
- On the tab Fiscal System Series, request a New Series;
- Activate the desired Series.
