How to set up the points of sale in SaaS environments?

In SaaS environments (set of servers), the name assigned to the machine connected to the server can vary for each connection. Eventually, the configuration of the point of sale (POS) can have a station name that does not match the one assigned when accessing one of the servers.

This way, when the machine name and the station name defined on the configuration do not match, it is not possible to access the POS. For this reason, in this type of environments, the username is configured and not the station name.

To set up a point of sales via SaaS, follow these steps:

1. Access Marketing & Sales | Sales | Resources | Tables |Points of Sale | Points of Sale;
2. Edit or create a point of sale;
3. On the tab General, check if the field User identification is correctly configured;
4. Click Save.
