How to use serial numbers in documents?

The serial numbers can be selected on the editors in order to assign them to the document rows. New serial numbers can also be created (manual and automatically) for association to the row.

Regarding searches or serial numbers loading features, the following options are available:

• Automatically load the serial numbers in stock: This option automatically loads all serial numbers in stock when the selection window is open. If inactive, the loading is performed using the button Update and considers the serial number filter (if it has any content);
• Intelligent search: This option allows, while filling in the serial number search, the grid to be automatically filtered. This option accelerates and simplifies the search for a specific set or serial number; Note: This option is only available if the number or records is inferior to 1000.
