The main news in this version include the following improvements:
API
In OData methods, it is now mandatory to select attributes in GET methods with OData.
This change aims to ensure faster and more efficient responses.
Backoffice
Backoffice enhancements include:
- Warehouse locations: possibility to define a hierarchical structure of locations within a warehouse, e.g., Aisle/Shelf/Level or other classification;
- Definition of the warehouse structure, with locations and hierarchical levels that correspond to the organizational format of each warehouse in the company;
- Association of a part with the location of the warehouses to which it is associated;
- Viewing the location of the part in the stock exploration lists and Parts/Warehouses;
- Batch loading of parts with immediate association to the warehouse and their location within the warehouse;
- Aggregate Cost explorer: available in Valuekeep Analytics (add-on subject to subscription). Allows you to view costs per asset, either individually or aggregated;
- Visualization of the asset tree as defined in the company structure;
- Consultation of labor costs, consumption, miscellaneous costs, and number of WOs for each asset and the aggregate value of all assets below in the hierarchy;
- Example: the total cost of a building includes the costs of each floor; in turn, each floor includes the costs of its rooms and equipment;
- Performance improvements to the main dashboard (response times) and background attachment security analysis;
- Compatibility of Valuekeep Integrator with Cegid Primavera ERP Evolution.
