How to view the state transitions of a request?

A request is created in the initial state and until it is finished, it goes through different states. The requester or the maintenance manager has the chance to view all the states the request went through.

For the requester to view the request states, select the option "Requests | My Requests";

1. The requests list the requester created is presented;
2. Select the request you wish to view;
3. The request visualization window is presented;
4. Press the symbol ;
5. The dashboard with the information regarding the request is presented, select the dashboard with the name "Transitions".

For the maintenance manager to view the request states, select the option "Work | Request Management";
