To report consumptions from the requisition, follow these steps:
- Access Menu | Report Work;
- On the work order list, select the work order you wish to report consumption;
- On the work order options (3 dots icon), click Consumption;
- The list of work order consumption reports will be displayed;
- To create a consumption report, click the icon (+);
- On the consumption report form, fill in the required fields, identified with (*) and add the part consumptions, by clicking the icon (+);
- To add parts to a requisition, click the option "Requisitions";
- The list of requisition parts associated to a work order is presented;
- You can select each element of the list or select all;
- Click the checkmark to save the consumption report.
It is only possible to create reports if the work order state allows to record work.
The quantity of requisition parts on the list of requisition parts associated to the work order is always the same as the original quantity. The quantity is validated when synchronizing.
