Mobile - How to synchronize information? ( Technician)

When the user accesses Valuekeep CMMS, he does not have data, to get them it is necessary to synchronize them. When entering the app for the first time, the data will be automatically synchronized in Background.

To synchronize the data, you must access: Menu → Synchronize. The data to be synchronized is divided in 3 areas:

  • Work
  • Assets
  • Support Tables

Synchronize Work

The work order synchronization can be performed by the synchronization menu or by pressing the synchronization icon above the app.

On the synchronization menu, when selecting the Work option, the following data will be synchronized:

  1. Work orders
  2. State transitions
  3. Labor report
  4. Consumption report
  5. Other costs report
  6. Task verification report
  7. Downtimes
  8. Failures
  9. Meter values
  10. Monitoring values
  11. Consent

Synchronize Assets

On the synchronization menu, when selecting the Asset option, the following data will be synchronized:

  1. Locations
  2. Equipment
  3. Tools
  4. Routes

For each option, the corresponding access levels are downloaded.

If any asset change is detected since the last synchronization, the asset is synchronized.

After the synchronization, the result is presented:

  1. If it is a positive result, it presents the number of assets synchronized for each type.
  2. If it is a negative result, it specifies that there was an error synchronizing.

Synchronize Support Tables

On the synchronization menu, when selecting the Support Tables option, the following data will be synchronized:

  1. Workshop
  2. Unit
  3. Parts
  4. Priority levels
  5. Work order types
  6. Operating states
  7. Entity states
  8. Justification
  9. Justification Types
  10. Employees
  11. Maintenance plans
  12. Task verification
  13. Misc Costs
  14. Misc Cost Types
  15. Currency
  16. Scheduling Labor Costs
  17. Failure Type
  18. Meters
  19. Monitorings
  20. Access levels
  21. Criticalities
  22. Brands
  23. Models
  24. Asset Families
  25. Requisition Types
  26. Mobile Report

On the synchronization process, you must consider the following:

  1. The synchronization process only returns the reports that were changed.
  2. After the synchronization, the result is presented.
  3. If it is a negative result, it specifies that there was an error synchronizing.
  4. If it is a positive result, it presents the number of data synchronized for each type.
