This dashboardshows metrics and indicators related to labor.
To access this dashboard, click on the icon Applicationsin the top left-hand corner of the header, then Analytics. It will open a tab with all the dashboards provided by Cegid Valuekeep. On this page, on the menu click on Labor.
Information available
Via the tab Summary you can see the total number of hours, the total number of overdue work orders (with a labor record) and the average execution time.
In addition, you can see graphics with the sum of hours regarding:
- the labor per technician;
- the number of overdue work orders per technician. If there are many technicians, the Other element is created, which brings together all the technicians who could not be displayed in the graph;;
- the average execution time per technician.
Filters
The filter Company shows the companies to which you have access and, in the filter selector, you can only select data with records on the dashboard.
The data on the dashboards is updated at the end of the day.
