How to enter stock from a requisition?

From a requisition sheet, it is possible to enter parts into stock. This option is available only when the requisition has been approved.

To enter stock based on a requisition, follow these steps:

1. Access the Requisitions feature;
2. Create a requisition or edit an existing one;
3. Click the Operations button, then click Create Stock Entry;
4. Select the parts to be entered. You can filter the data by Warehouse; Note: If parts from different warehouses are selected, an error message appears indicating that parts must be selected from the same warehouse;
5. Select the warehouse where the stock is to be entered;
6. Click the Create Stock Entry button;
7. The Create Part Entry screen appears, with the document type preset and the data (warehouse and parts) already filled in.

The parts are always displayed in the base unit.
