How to view IEC values in the different documents?

It is possible to access at any time to the IEC values in the different Purchase and/or Sales documents.

To view the document IEC values, follow these steps:

1. Access [Marketing & Sales / Purchases ] | Tax Obligations | IEC | Analysis;
2. Select the documents to be found;
3. Define the date interval to be considered;
4. Click Update;
5. On the grid, documents are made available with items subject to IEC (in Purchase and Sales). The application presents the following information:
   • Document type;
   • Series;
   • Number;
   • Document date;
   • Entity;
   • Total IEC on the Document;
6. You can select a document on the grid for the application to show on the “Row Detail” grid the IEC information for the items included on the selected document, for example: Item, IEC Category, Packaging, IEC Value.

You can export the information on the grid.
