How to associate collectable pending items to a collection activity?

To associate open items to a collection activity, follow these steps:

1. Access Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Activities;
2. Select an activity of the type Collection;
3. Specify the entities to be included in the activity;
4. In the Collections tab, click the button on the lower part of the page;
5. In the Open Items Selection window, select on the grid the open items to be imported on the column "Sel.";
6. Click Confirm;
7. Finally, click Save.

To associate open items to a collection activity, it is necessary that the Account Type associated has the state Coll. selected.
