The documents configured with an issuable series or unissuable series match documents whose normal use implies delivery to customers and documents whose normal use does not imply delivery to customers, respectively.
Issuable series
The documents configured with an issuable series match documents whose normal use implies delivery to customers.
The issuable series have the main characteristics:
- Are intended for printing;
- Are intended to be delivered to customers (third parties);
- Are signed for software certification purposes (PT);
- Are included in SAF-T files (PT).
Please note that configuring issuable series is only possible for Quotation Request, Quotation,Ordersand Stock/Trans (that do not to accompany goods in transit).
Unissuable series
Documents configured with unissuable series are internal application documents that are usually not delivered to customers.
The unissuable series have the main characteristics:
- Are not intended for printing;
- Are not intended to be delivered to customers (third parties);
- Are not signed for software certification purposes (PT);
- Are not included in SAF-T files (PT).
Printing documents configured with unissuable series is only possible through a new report made available by PRIMAVERA for this purpose. Please note that configuring issuable series is only possible for Quotation Request, Quotation,Ordersand Stock/Trans (that do not to accompany goods in transit).
