How to limit a document's maximum value?

Limiting the value allows to, according to document totals, block the option to save new documents. The maximum limit must always be defined on the company base currency.

To define a maximum limit by document type, follow these steps:

1. Access Marketing & Sales | Sales | Resources | Tables | Sales Document;
2. Edit the document type desired;
3. Define a value for the maximum limit on the field Limit;
4. Click Save.
