To simplify the ticket control on the POS, operations that allow to manage the state of a receipt, as well as configure the receipt templates to be used are available.
Cancel, retrieve and suspend receipts
On the POS, it is possible to perform a set of operations relating the receipts, namely, suspend, cancel or retrieve a receipt on hold.
To carry out these operations, follow these steps:
Cancel receipt
- Press Retrieve;
- On the window Open receipt on hold select the receipt to be retrieved;
- Click Cancel.
Retrieve receipt on hold
- Create a new document;
- Click Retrieve;
- On the window Open receipts on hold select the receipt to be retrieved;
- Click Confirm.
Suspend receipt
- Create a document;
- Click Suspend.
Configure receipt template
The printing model is divided into three groups: header, footer and details. The header and footer of the document are used to insert global document information, such as the company, document, customer data, etc. The document lines must be placed on the detail, the information regarding the document lines, such as the description, value and quantity, among others.
After creating the templates to print receipts, it is necessary to set up the documents to use the printer and associate the templated to the corresponding documents.
To set up receipt templates on the POS, follow these steps:
Step 1: Create or change a receipt template
- Access Marketing & Sales | Sales | Resources | Tools | Sales | Utilities | POS Documents Config.;
- Select the option Document printing configuration;
- Edit the Template being created
- On the field window, drag the desired fields to the configuration area and adjust as desired;
- Insert lettering effects (bold, underlined, etc.) on the desired area, by clicking on the button;
- Finally, click save.
There is a specific notation to identify the fields and their attributes. The field notation is the following: [].
The following table presents the meaning of each element:

| Size | Size for printing in character numbers. |
Step 2: Set up the use of receipts
- Access Marketing & Sales | Sales | Resources | Tables | Sales Document;
- On the tab Series, select Serie to be used and select the option Used in POS;
- On the tab Points of Sale, select the option Print directly to the receipt printer;
- Select the template;
- Finally, click Save.
