It is possible to make returns on the POS with the credit documents and, later, use the credit from the return.

Make returns

A return is a previous sale base document that, after being identified, must be suggested as the credit document being used.

If there is no identification for the sales document, it must be possible to fill in the credit document, and in that case the procedure is the same as the usual sales document.

To make a return, follow these steps:

  2. In the tab Returns, specify a document and the corresponding seriesfor returns to be recorded in current accounts and/or returns in cash;
  3. Click Save.

Perform returns in the point of sales
