The use of the point of sale in terminal server systems is a special situation, in which the app is always started on the server, regardless of the station.
This situation rises a problem, considering that the points of sale are always identified by the computer name and, in this case, the name is the same. To overcome this problem, the point of sales must be started using the command line, where the corresponding identifier is passed.
To set up the station startup using the command line, follow these steps:
- Create the text file: “Posto1.txt”;
- Rename the file “Posto1.bat”;
- Specify the path of the executable file;
- Add the startup parameter /Cxxx, where “xxx” represents the station code, that is, "CCódigodoPosto";
- Click Save.
Example: "C:Program FilesPrimaveraSG700AplPOS700LE.exe /C001"
